Who This Is For
- Anyone who writes for work: emails, memos, reports, proposals, blog posts, LinkedIn posts, internal announcements
- People who've tried "just ask ChatGPT to write it for me" and gotten back generic AI sludge they'd never actually send
- Writers who want a process, not more prompts. The kind of person who owns a book on writing but still stares at blank pages.
- Managers, founders, consultants, marketers, HR, PMs. Anyone where writing is 20%+ of the job.
Who This Is NOT For
- Professional copywriters or full-time content writers (too basic)
- Fiction, poetry, or creative writing (prompts are calibrated for workplace writing)
- Non-English writing (the polish phase targets English-specific AI tells)
- People who actually enjoy their blank-page time and don't want it compressed
Before / After
Before
You've been avoiding this piece of writing for three days. You open the tab, draft one sentence, delete it, close the tab. You write it in a 45-minute panic the morning it's due. It's fine. You hate it.
After
You name the block in 90 seconds. Clean outline in 3 minutes. Rough draft in 8. Ship after one polish pass. Total wall-clock: ~20 minutes. You wrote something specific, not generic. It sounds like you.
The 4 Phases
Phase 1
Diagnose
Name the piece, surface the real block. Most writing blocks are psychology, not craft.
Phase 2
Outline
Three structural options, pressure-test the winner, stress-test the lead.
Phase 3
Draft
Full draft in your writing style, flag soft spots, targeted rewrite only where needed.
Phase 4
Polish
Tighten 15%. Kill AI tells. Final read-through with a ship-or-fix verdict.
What's Inside
- The 12 prompts, organized in 4 phases. Each prompt builds on the one before. Click-to-copy on every prompt. the workflow
- A fully worked example. A realistic stalled-client follow-up email, walked through all 12 prompts with the actual AI outputs at every stage.
- Browser-native HTML for both the prompts and the worked example. Plain-text markdown versions included in a
markdown/ folder if you prefer raw text.
- A 1-page quickstart so you can start your first piece in 5 minutes.
How It Works
Step 01
Gather 3 writing samples
Any emails, Slack messages, or docs you've written. 2–4 sentences each. The AI uses these to match how you write.
Step 02
Run 12 prompts in order
Copy, paste, respond, repeat. Each prompt tells you what to do with its output.
Step 03
Ship the polished draft
It sounds like you. It says something specific. You're done in about 20 minutes.
Why This Isn't Cookie-Cutter
Three things a free blog post and a generic chatbot can't give you in 10 minutes.
Differentiator 01
The diagnostic phase
Most writing advice hands you a prompt. This one asks you three questions first, because the block is rarely about writing. It's about not knowing what you're trying to say. Until that's named, no prompt unsticks you.
Differentiator 02
The "soft-spot" rewrite pattern
Prompt 8 asks the AI to mark its own weakest paragraphs before you rewrite. Most people get AI output and either rewrite the whole thing (slow) or ship it as-is (bad). Targeted rewrite is the sweet spot.
Differentiator 03
The polish phase is calibrated against AI writing tells
Em-dash clusters, hedging words, the flat "Here's why" transition, uniform sentence length, word-soup adjectives like "comprehensive" and "actionable." Prompt 11 flags these explicitly. This is a 2025+ problem the free web hasn't caught up on.
What This Is Not
- A prompt library. It's a chained workflow. The order matters.
- A style transfer tool. The AI mirrors the samples you give it; it doesn't fabricate a writing style out of nothing.
- A one-shot generator. The buyer does real thinking in Phase 1 (a few minutes). No free lunch.
- Content for creative writing. This is calibrated for workplace writing only.
